PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DelSORB® 5A812Bmolecular sieve is an alkali metal alumino-silicate in the spherical form. It is the calcium form of the type Acrystal structure with an effective pore opening of 5Å. Molecules with effective diameters greater that 5A, such as, iso-compounds and all 4-carbon rings will not be absorbed. Adsorbed molecules include NC4H10, nC4H10, C3H8 to C22H46, and Freon 12 (dichlorodifluoro-methane).

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Using selective adsorption to remove normal paraffins from branched chain and cyclic hydrocarbons, natural gas drying, removal of H2S, CO2 and Mercaptans from natural gas, inert gas purification, H2 purification, PSA oxygen purification, solvent drying, and separation of aromatics.
