Cargo DryPak

Products that are shipped or stored are at risk for condensation, or container rain, which can easily accumulate in shipping containers during transit or storage. This condensation can lead to complications such as mold, mildew, rust, or corrosion.

To handle shipping container moisture control, one important option is Cargo DryPak. This special desiccant is made especially to manage condensation within shipping containers. A DryPak is made to absorb up to 100% of its weight in moisture, with over 50 days of possible protection. Additionally, these packs can keep cargo dry while also being environmentally friendly. In fact, there are no special disposal requirements for a DryPak, making them functional, safe, and convenient.

There are two standard sizes for Cargo DryPak: a 500 gram Tyvek bag and a 1500 gram Sewn Cloth bag. The cloth bags utilize tie strings, making it possible to hang the DryPak on the inside of the container. Just one bag can keep cargo dry in a 20' container.

Cargo DryPak is useful for shipping container moisture control in many contexts, include transport on boats, trucks, trains, and planes. It can be used to protect everything from agricultural products to metal products to leather goods and more.
